Ashley Greene: Rain, Rain, Go Away!

With an unexpected downpour interfering with her weekend errands, Ashley Greene got caught in the rain while out in Manhattan on Saturday afternoon (October 1).

The Alice Cullen cutie quickly sought refuge under an umbrella as she visited a local pet store - but not before her white top turned sheer after being soaked thanks to the Big Apple showers.

The leisurely outing comes as Miss Greene is gearing up for quite the hectic year's end - as she has multiple movies set to be released in theaters over the coming months.

Along with the much-awaited "Breaking Dawn: Part 1" being set to take over cinemas worldwide in November, the 24-year-old first can be seen in a star-studded comedy titled "Butter" beginning on October 21st.

Co-starring Olivia Wilde, Hugh Jackman, Jennifer Garner and Ty Burrell, the Jim Field Smith directed offering is "set in the Midwest U.S., where an adopted girl discovers her talent for butter carving and finds herself pitted against an ambitious local woman in their town's annual contest."

Kim & Kourtney's Plea for More "Douchey" Disick Tweets

Tending to separate agendas during what was a cool and rainy day on the east coast, Kim and Kourtney Kardashian were both spotted making their ways to and fro the Gansevoort Hotel in Gramercy Park in New York City on Saturday (October 1).

Looking stylish in a champagne silk blouse, black blazer, jeans and beige and brown lace up high heels, Kim confidently toted her Hermes handbag as she made her way to Dezer Properties in Chelsea during the Big Apple outing.

Meanwhile, Kourtney met up with babydaddy Scott Disick for lunch at Bar Pitti before parting ways as the brunette beauty and a gal pal proceeded to check in on the Dash NYC store.

Having a little sisterly fun while spending the day apart, Kim and Kourtney both shot out tweets regarding Scott's Twitter doings.

Encouraging more people to follow her man, Kourtney wrote, "Hey guys! Let's help get @ScottDisick to 1 million followers. He says he will start tweeting more if he has more! And his tweets r amaze."

Chiming in on the promotional tweet on Disick's behalf, Kim posted a followup message reading, "U don't tweet much @ScottDisick but when u do its so douchey I want more! Please tweet more! Everyone needs a lil douche in their life"

The sightings also come as we're just one week away from Kim's big wedding special air date - as the world will be given an inside look at her and husband Kris Humphries' nuptials during a two part special airing on E! on Sunday, Oct. 9 at 8 p.m. and Monday, Oct. 10. At 9 p.m.

Paying tribute to a music legend while also raising funds for a cause in which she's ardently supported, Lady Gaga turned up for the Sting: 25th Anniversary/60th Birthday Concert in New York City on Saturday night (October 1).

The "Born This Way" singer brought her usual unique style to the Beacon Theatre venue while proceeding to head inside for her performance at the soiree held in benefit of the Robin Hood Foundation.

As for the charitable organization, Robin Hood has "targeted poverty in New York City by applying sound investment principles to philanthropy and channeling that money to the best programs to save lives and change fates."

On a sidenote, fans of Gaga can look forward to this Monday (October) as her duet with Tony Bennett is set to usher in the release of it's accompanying music video.

To get everyone ready for the momentous occasion, Columbia Records has released a short teaser clip which can be viewed in the player above!

Help Pencils Of Promise Win 1 Million Dollar to Build 40 more Schools!

Pencils of Promise (POP) was founded in October 2008 by Adam Braun, Scooter Brauns brother.

Pencils of Promise builds schools in the developing world and trains young leaders to take action at home and abroad. In three years we have broken ground on 40+ schools in Laos, Nicaragua and Guatemala, and have provided 150,000+ hours of training to a new generation of changemakers here at home. Through their efforts, a ripple effect has begun that’s allowed us to deliver over 1 million educational hours in the developing world. We pledge to act with radical transparency. We post all of our financial data online, sharing that 87% of expenses go directly towards programs rather than overhead. We post images, videos and GPS coordinates of every school we build rather than just claiming they exist somewhere in the world. We work with communities rather than at them, training locals to oversee every step of their own people’s educational attainment. We are the organization that you don’t just support but join, and we are training a new generation of social entrepreneurs to take action.
